Client Service Administrator
My role here at Prana Wealth is to help simplify the paperwork process for our clients and provide peace of mind knowing that someone is taking care of the details for them. I assist Kelly and Patrick to open your accounts, update your information, handle money movement requests, prepare reports and assist with the various day to day client service requests.
I love taking care of the details so you and Patrick can focus on the big picture of achieving your financial goals together. Paperwork and custodian requirements can get complex. My goal is to make the paperwork process easy so you can get back to doing more of what you love.
Brandy began her career working in the banking industry at the age of 16 where she won 2nd place in the State of Ohio Business Professionals of America contest for banking concepts. After college, she began working for a young, new County Prosecutor that she followed into general practice and stayed with him for twenty years. It was at that time that she entered the Financial Industry as a Financial Advisors Assistant for seven years before joining the Total Office team in 2020.
Brandy comes from a large extended family and was raised by her grandmother who she says “gave me all the willpower to be as strong and ornery as I am”. As a former military family
member, Brandy’s passions are supporting our U.S. Veterans, helping people and animals in need. She also enjoys cooking, sewing, spending time outdoors or at the beach with her husband, two sons, two dogs and three cats.
